Job Title:

Level: Junior / Senior
Salary: $3,000 – $5,000
Location: Remote in the U.S. / Flexible
What You'll Do:
• Build and manage end-to-end digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Email, SEO).
• Analyze performance data, turn numbers into narratives, and continuously test + iterate.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new tools.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven results — show us what you've scaled or optimized.
• Strong understanding of digital KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Bonus if you're comfortable reporting directly to founders/CMO.
