Requirements
Purpose

As the Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist at Spabreaks.com, you'll serve as the bridge between performance marketing and creative execution, developing and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand presence. Working closely with the Head of Digital and wider marketing team, you'll orchestrate cohesive marketing campaigns that maintain high creative standards while delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities
• Lead digital campaigns across paid social and YouTube, ensuring ROI targets and KPIs are achieved
• Manage marketing budgets and optimise campaign performance through data-driven decisions
• Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with brand guidelines
• Utilise GA4 and Tableau for performance tracking and actionable insights
• Create and manage testing roadmaps with defined success metrics
• Direct creative development of platform-native content and assets
• Write and transform marketing objectives into effective creative briefs
• Review and approve creative assets, ensuring platform specifications are met
• Manage cross-channel integration and optimise channel mix
• Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with product team and cross-functional partners
• Mentor junior team members and support their development
• Conduct A/B testing for creative and targeting optimisation
• Stay current with platform updates and best practices
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels

Skills
• 3+ years in digital campaign management
• Extensive experience with Meta Ads, demonstrating proficiency in optimising campaigns across different platforms
• A strong understanding of how different paid media channels influence one another, across various stages of the marketing funnel, with the ability to develop integrated strategies for maximum impact.
• Strong analytics abilities using GA4 with proven data-driven decision making
• Experience in project management and roadmap delivery
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-departmental collaboration
• Demonstrated creative direction, brief writing expertise and asset optimisation
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into platform-specific content
• Proven mentorship experience and team development
• Adaptable with strong prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects according to a roadmap, effectively managing timelines, resources, and dependencies
