Responsibilities: -
• Understansinf the customer requirements.
• Handling customer Enquiry & Solution Providing.
• Interacting live Experiance in whatsapp chat,video, Facebook / Instagram/ E-mail reply svtm website update on product. knowledge in shopify & Ecommerce will be an added advantage.
• Ms office products(basic knowledge should be know).
Qualification: -
• B.com/ BBA/ MBA Graduate with experience is customer care & Social Media Knowledge.
• Proficiency in English.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
• Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Nungambakkam, , Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
• Digital marketing: 1 year (Required)
