Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives for digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee and coordinate the execution of digital ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and other campaigns with the internal team.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of all deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and offering strategic insights.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to showcase ROI and outcomes to clients.
• Identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications :
• MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing and client servicing.
• Strong understanding of digital ads, SEO, social media management, email campaigns, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain a client-first approach.
