We are seeking a smart, proactive, and dynamic Digital Marketing Client Service Lead to join our team at Targetorate Consulting.
The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and our digital marketing team, ensuring seamless coordination, timely project delivery, and exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives for digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee and coordinate the execution of digital ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and other campaigns with the internal team.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of all deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and offering strategic insights.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to showcase ROI and outcomes to clients.
• Identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications :
• MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing and client servicing.
• Strong understanding of digital ads, SEO, social media management, email campaigns, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain a client-first approach.
