Incubator & Accelerator Program Manager, Action For India About AFI: AFI is an international impact organization with presence in the USA, UK and India. In India, we are a Section 8 Company. Our main initiatives include the AFI Annual Forum, Social Enterprise Advisory Services (SEAS), Women in Social Entrepreneurship (WISE), AFI i-TIC Foundation Social Entrepreneurship Accelerator (AISEA), Impact Investment Fund (3i Partners) and the Silicon Valley Challenge (SVC) Trek. Action For India (AFI) works with early-stage, tech-enabled, for-profit purpose-driven entrepreneurs of India. Our mission is to identify these high-potential social entrepreneurs and connect them with resources to help scale the impact of their work. Since its inception in 2012, AFI has helped more than 1000 social entrepreneurs in their scaling journeys. AFI is supported by several foundations and investors including eBay Foundation, UNGC, IDRF, Guru Krupa Foundation, Deshpande Foundation, Omnivore, Let's Venture, etc. We have also been supported by tech giants such as Intel, Cisco, HP, Nokia, etc. to give impetus to our programs. For further details, please visit https://actionforindia.org/ About the Role: Key Deliverables: - Program Design & Strategize for scale and quality -Create the right mentor pool -Strengthen institutional partnerships -Generate resources for sustainability -Experts in the field of program design, talent & OD, finance, tech, impact investment and governance for internal process excellence Other function includes: - Run your startups cohort end to end from sourcing applications to valediction - Compile and manage startup metrics monitor progress against timelines - Create and manage network of mentors, advisors, domain experts - Document asks and deliverables of discussions between startups and mentors - Facilitate interactions between various AFI stakeholders and startups - Assist startups in enabling their business needs and facilitating growth - Coordinate and support in related AFI events Who should apply: - You have8 -15years of experience in marketing, partnerships, accelerators or startups - You have a strong background or understanding of the startup ecosystem - You are good at partnerships and stakeholder relationship management - You have good planning and problem-solving skills - You are flexible with working hours suiting AFI's global network - You have good communication skills
