Job Description
·Expertise and experience in Project Planning,Sprint Execution, Effort Estimation and deployment activities. ·Strong understanding of the Sitecore platform(CMS and DMS) and the ability to identify and evaluate requirements. · ·Experienced in integration with third partysystems like CRM, Salesforce, Legacy Systems with Sitecore using Webservices(SOAP/REST). ·Good knowledge on Digital Marketing Suite inSitecore like Personalization, Campaign Manager Goals and Events etc. ·Problem solving skills including troubleshootingand debugging and a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. ·Provide WCM strategy and thought leadership forclients and internal staff. ·Strong communication skills (written and verbal)with the ability to communicate effectively ·The ability to focus on and understand clientneeds, anticipate needs and/or situations, and an aptitude for quality servicedelivery. ·Perform product and technology research andanalysis to formulate solutions to client specific requirements. ·Experience with source control, work itemtracking, and build management with Team Foundation Server, Git (or similar). Qualifications ·5+ years of experience in Content Management Systemsin general, with at least 3+ yrs of specific Sitecore experience required. Sitecore8.X+ experience is ideal. ·.NET Framework including Visual Studio, C#, andASP.NET MVC with an understanding of the basics of front end technologies. ·Client-side browser technologies includingJavaScript, CSS, and HTML, Responsive Web Design, JQuery and other front enddevelopment tools. ·Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based webservices ·Strong Angular.js experience ·Minimum of 2 years of experience working withcontent management technologies ·Experience working with geographically separateproject teams ·Experience with unit testing and automatedtesting tools ·Experience with secure coding practices ·Experience implementing web content managementsystems in a large corporate environment. ·Experience with object-oriented design anddesign patterns ·Excellent estimation abilities in scoping workin a highly complex environment ·Experience building, deploying and supportingInternet-facing applications ·Superior problem solving, organizational,decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills
