Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced full-stack digital marketer to lead our digital marketing team.Responsibilities and Duties Preparing a digital media / marketing strategy in consultation with the management team. Plan & execute On & Off-page SEO, SEM campaigns, organic and paid social media campaigns while owning & being accountable for all digital engagement metrics. Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of SEO & Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments. Supervise the digital team in the creation of a monthly calendar for SEO & social media platforms, and a weekly summary of upcoming content, populate content calendars and distribute a schedule of content to internal stakeholders (Copy & Art teams), and their day-to-day work.Qualifications and Skills An extensive understanding and hands-on experience of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and brand integration. Ability to supervise a team of 6 to 10 digital marketers & interns.
