The Digital Marketing Director will oversee a team responsible for executing paid search strategies across a diverse client portfolio. This role involves managing client goals, innovating processes, and nurturing potential clients while ensuring effective team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Set client strategy and empower direct reports to deliver on client business goals and fulfill Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
Employ a mix of channel innovation, process improvement, and/or tactical management to mitigate any internal/external risks to teams
Understand client portfolios and SLAs/stakeholders to push strategic account growth initiatives
Work with senior channel managers or media directors to nurture potential clients through the sales process, including Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation and pitch work
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 3-5 years of Paid Search specific experience
Demonstrated experience managing Paid Search strategy for a large dedicated client and/or 2+ partially dedicated accounts with minimums of $1mm in spend per year
Demonstrated experience developing and managing up to a 4 person team
Significant experience with Excel and building roll-up reporting on team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
