Digital Marketing Role :- We are searching for a talented & experienced Digital Marketer who is ready to join our company with great enthusiasm. The candidate has to be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue.
Qualification & Experience: Any Graduation with 1-2 years of work experience as Digital Marketing Executive.
Duties and Responsibilities: -
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Developing and maintaining website as per the latest trends and requirements.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends & insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Creating, proofreading and editing for various digital marketing content to ensure consistency in branding.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements:
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints and familiarity with web designing will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specially excel and PowerPoint.
• Time Management skills with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Aware of UI/UX development. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets.

Salary: ₹120,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
