Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience who can manage end-to-end digital campaigns and create visually compelling marketing assets. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who understands the synergy between data-driven marketing and impactful design.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing)
Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
Collaborate on content strategies and marketing calendars
Implement SEO/SEM strategies to drive web traffic and lead generation
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution
Keep abreast of trends in digital marketing and competitor activities
Graphic Design
Create engaging designs for social media, paid ads, brochures, emailers, and other marketing collaterals
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
Support the content and digital team in visualizing creative concepts
Perform basic video editing for reels, presentations, and short clips
Organize and manage digital assets, templates, and raw files
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and graphic design
Proficiency in tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or equivalents)
Familiarity with digital platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Mailchimp, etc.
Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and time management skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
Basic video editing and motion graphics
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
Understanding of UI/UX principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
