About the jobWe're Hiring: Digital Marketing & Brand Visual Specialist Location: Bandra | Type: Full-Time | Experience: 1-2 Years The Sensing House is more than a retail space it's a mindful, community-driven sanctuary for conscious fashion, art, lifestyle, and wellness. We curate sustainable clothing brands that are gentle on the skin and the planet, all while creating an immersive shopping experience rooted in intention, beauty, and awareness. We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who also has a strong visual sense and basic graphic skills to help amplify our voice and presence online. Role Overview As a Digital Marketing & Brand Visual Specialist, you will lead the digital storytelling of The Sensing House and the brands . From content creation to campaign execution, you'll help shape how our audience connects with conscious fashion across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities l Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for The Sensing House and all partner brands. l Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.). l Plan and run social media ad campaigns, influencer collaborations, and email marketing. l Design visually engaging digital content static posts, reels, emailers, and stories. l Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with retail goals and seasonal drops. l Support in-store brand storytelling through digital screens, displays, and printed collateral. l Collaborate with designers and photographers for product styling, photo shoots, and promotional material. l Track performance metrics and prepare digital campaign reports. What We're Looking For l 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in clothing brands. l A keen eye for design and aesthetics, with hands-on skills in Canva / Adobe Creative Suite. l Experience in managing brand pages on Instagram & Meta Business Suite. l Ability to write clear, brand-aligned captions and content. l A passion for slow fashion, wellness, and sustainability is a big plus! l Basic photography or video editing skills are an added bonus. l Be a part of a purpose-led retail movement that values people, planet, and presence. l Work in a calming, beautifully curated retail space that reflects our brand values. l Get hands-on experience with multiple sustainable fashion brands. l Room to grow your creative and strategic skills in an emerging brand environment.
