Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, audience targeting, and generating real estate leads through paid media strategies. You will be responsible for maximizing campaign ROI through continuous testing, analysis, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns
Conduct in-depth audience research and develop data-driven targeting strategies.
Manage real estate lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google.
Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads.
Create and present detailed performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and algorithm changes in the digital advertising ecosystem.
Requirements:
2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on performance and lead generation.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Custom Audiences.
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads for the real estate sector.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions.
