The OfferOpportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceLeadership RoleStrong opportunities to progress your careerThe JobYou will be responsible for : Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.Driving performance marketing via Facebook Ads, Display Ads, Google Ads, Media Buying and SEO / SEM.Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.Working on app store optimization.Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.Partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition (EVP) and help position the company as an employer of choice.Building campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels.Analyzing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.The ProfileResponsibilities: You have at least 3 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing within IT industry.Experience within Social Media / Viral Marketing, App Marketing, Employer Branding and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.You have good knowledge of Google Analytics and Content Management Tools (Magento, WordPress, Shopify).You are a strong networker & relationship builderYou enjoy finding creative solutions to problemsYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardThe EmployerWe develop Casino games, Rummy games, Poker games, Triple chance game, Mobile games, Android games, Unity3D games, Online games, IOS games, iPhone games, iPad games, VR/AR games, 2D/3D games, Windows games, Facebook games, Animations, Mobile Applications, Art & Design
