ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
• Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy for various brands
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing on various digital platforms
• Manage social media marketing campaigns
• Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
• Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Goal-oriented and customer-oriented
• Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets
• Developed written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical skills to analyse digital campaigns and measure their effectiveness
• Ability to search for opportunities in marketing data and identify emerging trends
• Creative skills to come up with new ideas that capture customer focus
• Good interpersonal skills to ensure smooth coordination between various parties and relationship-building skills to develop positive relations with clients
• Familiarity with new and existing social media platforms and familiarity with SEO marketing techniques
• Ability to coordinate and execute tasks with marketing executives
