Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and increasing engagement with our target audience. The candidate should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies, be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, and be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, display advertising, SEO, and PPC.
· Work in collaboration with SEO expert to plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to drive website traffic and improve conversion rates.
· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and automation.
· Manage and optimize social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
· Develop and execute PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
· Plan and execute influencer marketing end to end.
· Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute engaging content for digital channels.
· Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
· Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, PPC advertising, and web analytics.
· Proven track record of delivering measurable results through digital marketing campaigns.
· Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot is a plus.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal is a plus
