Job Description
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, display advertising, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Analyze campaign data and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum performance and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
Monitor and analyze competitor activity and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
Experience with SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Experience with A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of SEO and experience developing and implementing SEO strategies.
Experience managing digital marketing budgets and delivering campaigns within budget constraints.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing automation platforms.
