Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on driving growth through various digital channels. The candidate should have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search ranking and drive traffic to the website.
• Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and ad creation to optimize campaign performance.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and email automation.
• Manage and grow social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, managing social media ads, and engaging with followers.
• Create and manage content marketing campaigns, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and other types of content.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and development teams to ensure campaign success.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for digital marketing.
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
