Job description

We need somebody who has solid expertise in any of the three areas:

· Organic social media marketing,

. Content writing (captions, ad copy, content calendar)

· Video based Marketing (YouTube specialist)

. Email marketing, Email automation

· Digital marketing (Paid marketing, remarketing and retargeting)

Organic Social Media:

Social Media optimization techniques and very strong grip on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram and should be able to manage end to end and with strong grip on all the technicalities of the platform. Who has skills to get verified tick on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram We are looking at someone with high level of proficiency in:

Performance Analysis: Support Head of Digital with reporting and analysis of marketing efforts using tools such as ads manager, and make recommendations to improve social performance and return on advertising spend.

Video Based Marketing (YouTube Specialist):

· Understand and create YouTube content and organic marketing strategy

· Optimize Video Content & YouTube Channels

· Overall Responsible for YouTube channel's growth and user engagement

· Work with YouTube optimization tools and various YouTube APIs

· Video on page & off-page optimization

· You should be able to create and edit the content

PAID ads (near and social media)

· Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns and lead generation.

· Hands-on experience on Paid Adds. (Search add and display add)

· Should have knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Google Webmaster Tools

· Knowledge of content marketing for optimizing the content for websites, and blogs.

· Plan, create and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels.

· Will be an advantage if has knowledge in SEO

Content writing (captions, ad copy, content calendar)

· Content creation: supporting the creative team in content ideation and execution of content creation shoots.

· Content Writing: Writing content for the company blog, website, client presentations and social media channels.

· Influencer sourcing: Tracking, sourcing and engaging with brand relevant influencers for gifting and campaigns.

Email Marketing

· Identify target audience and grow our email list

· Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns

· Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling

· Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

· Write newsletters including all company updates

· Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features

· Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes

· Create email databases for lead generation

· Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

· Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts

· Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

Requirements

· Proven work experience as an Email marketing executive

· Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems

· Proficiency in marketing automation technology

· Familiarity with analytical and database tools

· Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

· Strong project management skills

· An ability to work under tight deadlines

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

· Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts

· Experience with business to customer social media and content generation

· Strong creative and analytical skills
