Job Description
• We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. Your expertise in various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques will contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on campaign performance, including recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Create and manage content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, website copy, and landing pages, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
• Monitor website analytics, track user behavior, and identify opportunities for website optimization to improve user experience and increase conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to align marketing initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence.
• Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, including responding to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels to achieve desired KPIs.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital platforms.
• Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SuiteCRM, vTiger CRM) is a plus.
