As a Digital Marketer at our agency and training academy, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies for our clients and internal training programs. Responsibilities:

- Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, analysis, and A/B testing.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and training materials.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices.
- Provide regular reports to clients on campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Contribute to in-house digital marketing training programs by delivering training sessions and sharing expertise.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably with in-house digital marketing and training exposure.
- Bachelors degree in allied field
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with SEO optimization and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing.
- WordPress proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
