Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Marol

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Executive Director

Experience: 3-5 years

Salary: 5-7 years

Job Responsibilities

· Ability to create and implement a Digital Marketing Strategy

· Handling email marketing using Mail Chimp/Net core / any other platform. Creating content and design for Emailing.

· Handling Linked In accounts of Company, Directors and using the paid campaigns in Linked

· Handling What’s app marketing for reaching out to customers

· Google Display Advertising

· Website Maintenance, evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas & target audience.

· SEO

· Ability to prepare creatives then and when required.

· Manage group companies and directors’ social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

· Creating training content on YouTube & other social media platforms.

· Organizing Seminars and Events

· Database Management System – Working on the existing Database, Purchase of relevant customer data from agencies

· Creating Blogs with relevant content

· Elaborate Gifting Strategy

· Monitoring the tele calling team to generate leads

· Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Employee Surveys using Google Forms

· Mapping of Competitors

· Online Reputation Management. For employees and customers - Use of testimonials; Glassdoor

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field as Sr. Digital Marketing Executive,

· Outstanding communication skills.

· In depth knowledge of Various social media platforms, best practices.

· Solid understanding of HTML, CSS & Java Script.

· Up to date knowledge of latest trends & technologies in digital marketing
