Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and reaching our target audience effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Digital Marketing Strategy: • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads. • Manage and optimize digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. • Content Management: • Create engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including website, social media, and email. • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice. • Social Media Management: • Plan, execute, and manage the company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engage with the online community. • Monitor social media trends and tools for insights and new ideas. • SEO and SEM: • Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve organic search results. • Manage and optimise pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms. • Email Marketing: • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including the use of Zoho Campaign or similar tools, to nurture leads and engage existing customers. • Monitor email campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Analytics and Reporting: • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). • Utilise Google Analytics and other analytical tools to provide insights into customer behaviour and trends. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field. • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices. • Experience with Zoho Campaign or similar email marketing platforms. • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other analytical tools. • Strong creative and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
