• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-potential keywords for our target market.
• Optimize website content, including property listings, blog articles, and landing pages, to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and best practices.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and content creators, to align SEO and PPC strategies with business goals and target audiences.
• Track and report on key metrics, including website traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and campaign performance, to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about the real estate industry, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend strategic improvements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management, preferably in the real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of PPC advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals and maximizing ROI.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and industry-specific trends is a plus
