Overview:

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, display advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, identify trends, and optimize performance based on insights.
Manage and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing copy, and analyzing performance metrics.
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and manage Google Ad Words campaigns.
Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management across various platforms.
Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies and budgets.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing with a strong track record of driving results.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mail Chimp, etc.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Passion for digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
