Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media marketing and paid advertising. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and our clients' products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and email.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase engagement, followers, and conversions.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to achieve targeted ROI.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve strategies.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and relevant marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
• Assist in the development of SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
• Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing and paid advertising.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing social media and paid ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
