We deliver Shop Floor Control Systems (via PLC/SCADA/Historians/etc) to SAP Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions via our in-house Controls Engineering and MES Consulting practices.
We assist companies adopt new technologies (COBOTs, Cloud Analytics, AI/ML, AGVs, etc) to achieve manufacturing “Digital Transformation” leading to an Industry 4.0 “Intelligent Enterprise”.
How you will spend your time: · Understanding and continuous updating of our customer “value” proposition · Create and execute lead generation campaigns to attract qualified leads · Create supporting collateral such as landing pages, videos, and assorted materials to convert leads · Build and manage an editorial calendar and content that attracts a qualified audience including blog posts, success stories, newsfeeds etc.
· Analyzing campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.
to help shape future marketing strategies · Make recommendations for enhancing effectiveness and improving marketing KPIs such as click rates, conversions, and engagement · Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including , and additional channels that may be deemed relevant · Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI · Maintain and update RTS’s websites (Joomla and Word Press) · Working with the following marketing infrastructure tools: § Sales Force (CRM) § Constant Contact/Mailchimp (email Blast program) § Word Press (website) § § Vimeo § Rocketreach § Google Analytics · Coordinate, set up and attend trade shows The experience you will need: · A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing · Very detail-oriented · Able to work and execute at a high level with minimal supervision · Excellent verbal and written communication skills required · Self-starter who shows initiative and has a strong inherent desire for improvement Who you are: · Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or related discipline · B2 B marketing experience · Knowledge of web analytics, SEO/SEM techniques, and digital marketing trends · Experience with A/B testing Full-time, Permanent, reporting to a Managing Partner Benefits: · Dental care · Disability insurance · Health care · Life insurance · Vision care
