Job Description
Founded by Business Head of India's first PropTech Unicorn, Alyf has secured $1.5 million in seed round from marquee investors, industry leaders and unicorn founders which will help build a base for the business to scale it to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
● Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
● Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
● Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on
investment and efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
● Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid,
organic & own media channels
● Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical
metrics
● Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas,
feedback & present results
● Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business
pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an
implement, test and measure mindset
● Coordinate regular deep dives into the acquisition performance, build report models and
analyze the performance of advertising campaigns
● Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met

● Determine the audiences

Lead Generation
● Develop new business via the established channels and mass communication such as
email and social media to introduce Alyf
● Conduct research to identify potential prospects
● Track the digital pipeline, from aligning briefs with business goals to translating key
objectives into an integrated plan
● Plan content engagement, contact acquisition and demand generation through email,
web, social and targeted advertising
● Develop key customer audiences by planning return-user engagement and remarketing
experiences
● Identify critical areas of improvement across the web user journey and funnel while
developing plans to address challenges in a rapid and effective manner
● Strategize the go-to-market activation plan including channel mix, reach and ROI
● Build systems for forecasting, measuring, and reporting on the performance of
campaigns
● Drive the measurement for marketing ROI to demonstrate digital as an enabler of growth
● Evaluate and develop new digital marketing channels and opportunities
