The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites, as well as tracking and analyzing digital campaigns to drive marketing success. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: � Design, develop, and maintain company websites ensuring responsiveness and user-friendly interface. � Monitor and optimize website performance including SEO, load speed, and user experience. � Implement and manage website tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and others. � Create and analyze reports on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. � Collaborate with content creators and designers to update website content and maintain brand consistency. � Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs across digital platforms. � Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates. � Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, analytics, and web development trends and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: � Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. � Proven experience in website development using platforms like WordPress, Wix, or custom CMS. � Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks. � Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager. � Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. � Excellent communication and project management abilities. � Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing tools.
