Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or freshers who are passionate about online marketing, social media, and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing: Assist in managing company profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to drive engagement and follower growth. Monitor and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner. Track and report on weekly social media metrics. Digital Marketing: Support execution of digital campaigns (email, Google Ads, SEO, etc.). Research trends and competitors to identify digital marketing opportunities. Conduct basic keyword research for content optimization (SEO). Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. Help prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance metrics. Content Support: Write and proofread basic content for blogs, captions, and ad copies. Coordinate with graphic designers for visuals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interest in social media trends and digital platforms. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. trong interest in both social media marketing and UI/UX design principles. Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design consistency. Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory): Internship or project experience in marketing or content creation. Knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or Buffer. Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.).
