Provide (external / internal) trainings & calibration meetings with market teams. 4. Provide information, educate customers, troubleshoot, probe and fix issues. 5. Follow up on Waiting/Open issues, feedback and coaching. 6. Contribute to and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions. 7. Conduct refresher training. 8. Collate team performance data for reporting purposes as and when requested by Process and Team Lead. 9. Provide coaching and feedback for improvement. 10. Review escalation to provide technical feedback's. Required Skills 1. Advanced English both written and verbal (C1 level) at business comm level + 1 EU Language. 2. Excellent knowledge of Google products: Google Ads, Analytics, Shopping, GTM. 3. Ability to troubleshoot any complex case with the advertiser. 4. Programming Languages: CSS, JavaScript, HTML. Preferred Skills 1. SQL preferred and other languages a plus. 2. Ability to design and create process improving tools & guidelines. 3. Good Understanding of Workflow Processes for S&T. 4.
