· Strong understanding and knowledge of the YouTube algorithm.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
• Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy.
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to ensure the correct mediums and campaigns are effective.
• Research and analyse competitor advertising links and keywords
• Work with the technology team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
· Should be highly up-to-date with advances in web technology
· Track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity.
• Coordinate between cross-functional teams and carry out required marketing-related actions.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
• Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and achieve maximum ROI from the spend
• Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Good knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Managing Google AdWords and Google Analytics, SEO, SMM, ORM, SMO and SEM
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Generate blog ideas
• Market Research on content to different target audiences
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
