Responsibilities
• Create and implement email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, sales, and retention
• Develop creative and engaging content for emails, including subject lines, email copy, and CTAs
• Conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimize email campaigns for the best results
• Manage and segment our email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communications
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies
• Monitor and report on email marketing performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates
• Implement and manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on-site & off page activities
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
• Own & drive the SEO channel growth plan to expand the business aggressively
• Be responsible for planning & budgeting for the business ensuring that we achieve our growth goals
• Develop customized and targeted SEO solutions to maximize effectiveness of Search campaigns
• Managing multiple Pay per Click (PPC) campaigns
• Analyzing the online market and creating a list of potential Keywords & Phrases using different keyword searching tools
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
• Collaborate and manage relationships with agencies and third parties
• Manage various e-tools e.g. CRM, CMS, ORM, Social Media Management Platforms etc.To build, maintain and update customer databases
• Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
• Manage the distribution of content across all channels and to ensure it is constantly up to date and in line with the brand guidelines
• Identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimize performance
• Monitor and report on competitors' online activities
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited university in Digital Marketing, Information Technology or Computer Science
• Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop; social media listening/ tracking and analytic tools
• At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, leading and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of traditional and online marketing tactics and strategy
• Strong knowledge of Email marketing practices, deliver-ability and campaign managements
• Content management and web analytics experience
• Knowledge of website production with a firm grasp of website fundamentals
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects
• Demonstrates self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
