Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – LinkedIn Specialist
Location: Juinagar Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹15,000 to 25,000 Per Month.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and strategic Digital Marketing Executive who understands the power of LinkedIn as a B2B platform. The ideal candidate should know how to use LinkedIn not just for posting content, but to generate leads, build brand visibility, connect with decision-makers, and track campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage company pages and personal profiles to reflect our brand.
Strategically connect with targeted industry professionals (Startup Companies, Brand Managers, Builders, CEOs, etc.).
Run organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns focused on awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator & advanced filters to find qualified leads.
Create and post engaging content including carousels, testimonials, case studies, and project updates.Monitor inbox messages and respond to inquiries smartly and professionally.
Join and engage in niche LinkedIn groups related to real estate, branding, signage, interiors.
Track performance through analytics and optimize campaigns weekly.
Coordinate with the content team and graphic designer for LinkedIn creatives.
Generate monthly reports showing reach, engagement, and lead quality.
Skills Required:
Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing tools (including Sales Navigator & Campaign Manager).
Understanding of LinkedIn Algorithm and content trends.
Strong research skills to find companies, professionals, and decision-makers.
Good command over written English for client communication.
Smart usage of hashtags, alt text, tagging, and visual content.
Canva/Basic design tools knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge of Google Sheets for tracking leads and performance.
