Job Description – Social Media Executive
Position Title: Social Media Executive
Department: Marketing & Communications
Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai, India | Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Director
Experience: 1–3 years (in social media management or digital marketing)
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview:
The Social Media Executive will handle the company’s social media presence, digital campaigns, and online branding. The role requires hands-on experience with Canva for content creation, Facebook Ad Manager, and Google Ads, along with a good understanding of analytics, content strategy, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
· Design graphics, infographics, and short videos using Canva and other creative tools.
· Manage and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve ROI.
· Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals and marketing strategies.
· Monitor analytics, insights, and engagement metrics to improve performance.
· Coordinate with internal teams to gather content ideas, project updates, and promotional material.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
· Manage SEO basics, hashtags, and audience targeting for improved organic reach.
· Assist in maintaining brand consistency and professional visual identity across all platforms.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Proficiency in Canva for post, story, and banner creation.
· Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search & Display).
· Knowledge of social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
· Strong creative and visual communication sense.
· Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
· Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
· 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital advertising.
· Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads (preferred).
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and creativity)
