Responsibilities:
• Own the customer journey - both acquisition, retention, and loyalty completely
• Work on complete funnel optimization - top to bottom of the funnel
• Devise strategies to drive traffic through SEO and SEM and other channels
• Work on identifying new avenues of monetization for the company
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing agencies to implement funnel optimization and improve the key metrics of CAC, ROAS, and Conversion%
• Work with internal stakeholders to move the metrics and meet business goals
• Collaborate with the brand team to understand the target personas and create engaging content
• Utilize tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, and other retention tools to build user retention strategies
• Deep understanding of campaign formats on Google and Facebook, including Smart Shopping, Discovery, Display, and Catalog campaigns
• Strong understanding of building multiple audience types such as Custom Intent, Affinity on Google, and Multiple audiences on Facebook and Instagram
• Utilize tools like Hotjar/heat map tools to draw insights and improve the website experience
Requirements
Requirements:
• MBA with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing and Customer Acquisition roles
• Preferred: Digital Marketing or Marketing Majors from MICA, SPJain, NMIMS, or any Premier Institutions.
• Experience in a consumer-facing company or in Google managing consumer brands preferred, e-commerce experience is a bonus
