Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Asst. Manager/Manager Digital Marketing for a reputed company at the Navi Mumbai(Belapur) location.
Job Profile:
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Create, maintain, and conduct reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with proposals and recommendations on tactics
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SMS, and Email marketing.
• Strategize, brainstorm, and create new and creative growth strategies
• Creating, Reviewing, and optimizing the design and content of all online assets.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Candidates Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
