Mind Alcove is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and driven team that is shaping the future of Mental Health. Mind Alcove is a Mental health platform that helps people manage and improve their mental health daily through the techniques of journaling, mood-tracking, and anonymous community connect.
We are on a mission of helping people become emotionally fit & mentally resilient.
Responsibilities
• Creating social posts that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action
• Collaborating with team members partners, and any other internal and external stakeholders to deliver engaging outputs on Social Media, SEO, SEM, Blogs, Emails & Newsletters
• Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites
• Scheduling outputs for release at optimal times
• Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post
• Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications
• Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire
• Create and develop newsletters based to engage audiences
• Proofread emails and posts for clarity, grammar, and spelling
• Manage posts and blog content on the website
• Generate reports and analyze findings on a regular basis
• Manage and run efforts around retention, public relations, influencer marketing, collaborations and more

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience as a social media or digital marketing executive
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to marketing automation tools, retention platforms and technology-first approach
• Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics for SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills, and ability to work under defined timelines
