Responsibilities
• Design engaging content & creatives for marketing campaigns
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention, including but not limited to growth marketing, marketing automation, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms, to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve marketing goals.
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and recommend and implement innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the competitive Edtech market.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and branding strategies.
• Monitor and manage the marketing automation platform to create and optimize email marketing campaigns, nurture leads, and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with third-party agencies and vendors to implement digital marketing initiatives, track performance, and optimize campaigns as needed.
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field with 2-4 years experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or other.
• Proficient in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools to analyze data and draw insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking & problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for education and staying updated with the latest Edtech trends and best practices
