After our success in the B2B industry, we’re all set to step into the direct-to-consumer (D2C) market with two new brands and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and spearhead our B2B and D2C presence.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement stellar digital marketing strategies to achieve business and sales objectives.
• Plan, execute, and manage all paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop landing pages, email campaigns, and other assets to support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns to improve results.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience 2-4 years in performance marketing with a focus on managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling ad copy and communicate campaign performance effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
