Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to handle our service apartment's online presence. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our audience, build brand awareness, and drive bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a social media marketing strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) that showcases our service apartment's unique features and services
3. Manage and schedule content using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner
5. Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) and adjust the strategy accordingly
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals, property listings, making flyers, google ads, listings, website updates, marketing, OTA platforms, promotions etc
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
2. Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns
3. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
5. Experience with social media management tools and analytics software
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
1. Experience in the hospitality or service apartment industry
2. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software
3. Certification in social media marketing or a related field
