Responsibilities
• Comprehend categories, products, customers and business goals
• Know the persona of customers and understand their needs
• Research products and competitors to identify opportunities
• Establish a digital marketing strategy across various engagement channels both online and offline and develop a marketing calendar
• Identify syndication schedules for editorial calendars for blogs, content, and social media posts
• Develop effective paid search strategies to gain market share
• Plan, design, launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
• Perform keyword research and audience targeting in support with management
• Work with web developers and designers to manage integrations and tooling for PPC, social media, etc.
• Monitor advertisement budgets and oversee search platform accounts
• Track KPIs, analyze web traffic metrics, and provide recommendations and useful reports for management
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
• Identify click frauds and eliminate it
• Ensure the highest possible ROI on ad-spend
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links
• Develop and implement link building strategy
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Build a social media strategy through the audience identification, competitive research, benchmarking and messaging including platform strategy
• Setup, Review, and Optimize company pages on social media platforms
• Establish metrics and goals on customer engagement and intimacy on social media to boost website traffic and gain revenue
• Engage with the customer on behalf of the brand and perform soft-sell while managing and improving brand reputation
• Collaborate with other stakeholders such as content developer (copywriter), graphics and media designer, and management for consistent brand messaging and best customer experience
Qualifications
• Proven SEM experience with PPC campaign management across multiple web and social channels
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Expertise in keyword research, data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Strong business acumen and expert communicator
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and web development and industry-leading commerce tools
• Past experience in health related products and supplements would be a bonus
