🎯 Key Responsibilities:
For Social Media & SEO:
• Plan, schedule, and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
• Monitor and improve social media engagement and brand reach
• Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
For Video Editor:
• Edit real estate walk-through videos, drone shots, and promotional clips
• Add subtitles, transitions, and branding elements
• Optimize videos for social media platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
🧠 Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and SEO tools
• Strong communication and creativity
• Understanding of real estate marketing is a plus
