Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert who can seamlessly integrate digital advertising, website management, branding, and offline marketing activities. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics, and website development, along with experience in ATL/BTL activities and real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Digital Advertising & Platforms
Set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (account setup, ad setup, optimization).
Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Website & Technical Skills
Manage cPanel and perform website updates (code edits, troubleshooting, error identification).
Ensure website functionality, SEO compliance, and smooth user experience.
• ATL/BTL Marketing
Plan and execute offline marketing activities (brochures, flyers, paper quality selection).
Coordinate branding materials for events, exhibitions, and print campaigns.
• Real Estate Marketing
Apply knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and legal aspects.
Develop campaigns tailored to property buyers, investors, and stakeholders.
• Creative & Content Development
Write copy for brochures, press releases, website content, and social media.
Collaborate on video production and technical aspects for marketing.
Design marketing creatives using Canva or similar design applications.
• Branding & Strategy
Build and maintain company branding across digital and offline channels.
Develop marketing budgets, strategies, and campaigns aligned with industry trends.
• Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics and SEO tools to track performance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing and website management.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
Hands-on experience with cPanel, website code editing, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with ATL/BTL marketing activities and branding.
Exposure to real estate marketing and legal compliance aspects.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.
Knowledge of video production and technical aspects is a plus.
