Job Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
• Plan, create, and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing.
• Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Have a hands-on experience to develop strategies for in Local SEO clients.
Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow the company's as well as client’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and posts, tailored to each platform.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.
• Should be innovative to generate ideas to be executed for different social platforms.
• Work on enhancing profiles/pages followers and brand awareness.
Content Creation and Management:
• Given insights to content writers to develop high-quality, engaging content for website, blog, and social media channels.
• Work closely with the design team to produce visually appealing materials.
Team handling:
• Guiding team members with a strategy that align with client/project goals.
• Ready to train the team if required regarding any new client, new tools or new near updates.
Client Communications:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing regular updates on campaign performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Use analytics tools like SEMRUSH, Google owned tools, etc. to track and report on campaign performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments, designing, web development, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies whenever needed.
