Research and plan content strategy for email marketing and social media
campaigns by considering the latest trends and industry best practices.
Develop and publish engaging posts that engage audiences and promote our
brand.
Collaborate with the content and design team to get the content, images and
videos designed on time.
Schedule social media posts and email campaigns using online schedulers.
Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to connect with
the audience personally.
Analyse social media and email marketing analytics to measure the
performance of the campaigns.
Engaging followers with regular company updates.
Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
Responding to the comments on social media on time.
Ideate, manage, and execute paid social media campaigns for advertising.
Monitoring email marketing and social media metrics and ROI.
Developing email marketing and social media engagement calendar/
playbook and activities reports timely.
Consistently run A/B experiments to optimize open, click-through, and
conversion rates across the funnel
Proof and QA campaigns to ensure a 100% error-free execution.
Find creative solutions to grow our email database.
Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies to
maximize the performance of key segments.
Follow and maintain best practices to keep high email deliverability.
Work with the rest of the respective team to test, refine, and develop revenue
funnels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Prover work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist,
Social Media Executive, or a similar position.
Minimum 5yrs. relevant Exp required across IT/ Media/ Real Estate/ BFSI Industry
etc.
Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI’s.
Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
Sound knowledge of social media and email scheduling platforms such as
Mail Chimp, A Weber, Hootsuite, Buffer, and others.
Outstanding proofreading and editing skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required.
Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
Ability to write catchy content.
Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm
changes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding brand awareness experience will be preferred.
A keen eye for details.
