Job description Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.) Help manage and grow our social media presence and community engagement Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns Conduct keyword research and support SEO efforts (on-page & off-page) Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Research industry trends and competitor activity to help inform marketing strategies Collaborate with the design and content teams to support marketing initiatives Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement Create, curate, and manage content across various platforms (social media, blogs, website, etc.) Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, etc.) Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing materials Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. Support SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and visibility Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, design, and performance tracking Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, or product launches Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices Help manage the company’s CRM and marketing automation platforms Track and manage marketing budgets and expenditures Build partnerships and relationships with influencers, media, or collaborators Conduct A/B testing to optimize content, ads, and conversion strategies Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work from home Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
