Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit engaging reels and short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
Manage and grow all brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on increasing reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Develop creative content calendars and strategies to align with brand goals and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute brand storytelling through reels, stories, and posts.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve reach.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
Handle community management, respond to comments and DMs, and foster positive brand interactions.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders for cohesive content creation.
Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns to amplify brand visibility.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in creating and managing social media content, especially reels and short videos.
Proficiency in video shooting, editing (using tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.), and basic graphic design.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms and best practices.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
