Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized intern who can support sales communication efforts while assisting with basic video editing tasks for marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to both sales and content operations in a real business setup.
Key Responsibilities
Make and receive calls to leads and clients (script provided)
Follow up with warm leads and maintain CRM communication
Assist in client onboarding and status updates
Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
Add captions, transitions, background music, and basic formatting
Coordinate with the internal team and update task progress
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills (English and Hindi)
Basic experience with Canva or similar design tools
Good time management and reliability
Comfortable working remotely
Positive, professional attitude
