Curious Webservices, a leading digital marketing company, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and enhancing our online presence. Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit individuals with excellent skills and a cost-effective approach to meet our hiring needs.
• Performance Incentives: Provide a performance-based incentive of RS 2000 to candidates who fail to capture any business, encouraging them to learn from their experiences and strive for improvement.
• Daily Call Quota: Successfully complete a designated number of calls per day to engage potential clients and promote our services.
• Ratings and Reviews: Secure a minimum of 30 ratings and reviews from satisfied clients to enhance our local business reputation and SEO.
• Business Capture Targets: Achieve a monthly target of capturing at least 4 new businesses, demonstrating effective sales and lead generation skills.
• Client Requirement Fulfillment: Consistently meet the minimum monthly client requirement to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• SEO Enhancement: Acquire ratings and reviews to improve the search engine optimization (SEO) of our business and increase organic visibility.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content related to our services to improve local SEO and attract potential clients.
• Analytics Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports on Google Analytics and individual contributions, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts.
• Performance Recognition: Offer rewards and recognition to interns who surpass their targets, fostering a culture of excellence and motivation.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other relevant marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.
