We are seeking a passionate and energetic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both office-based digital marketing tasks and field marketing activities. This is a versatile role that involves creating and executing marketing campaigns, engaging with clients, and driving brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our travel packages.
Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts and website.
Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, both online and offline.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome; experience in marketing or a related field is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Work Schedule:
6-day work week (4 days office-based, 2 days field marketing)
